First of all I would like to express my gratitude to the magnificent staff of Champion Credit Services for all their help and wonderful service, especially to Fabiola and Onelida. I honestly thought I would never find a solution to my excessive monthly mortgage payment, but now, thanks to their professional labor, everything has changed for me.
At first, I had no problems to afford my mortgage but then, due to the financial crisis, I started falling behind on my monthly payments. I always thought I would catch up later on. It just became harder and harder to pay on time.

BEFORE

My loan was for $531,807.18 from Wachovia Bank. In order to pay that debt I had to make a monthly deposit of $ 4,570.50 with a 7.55% interest rate. Now, I will only have to pay $ 2,644.07 every month. That’s much more less than it used to be. I felt relieved. But that wasn’t all, my mortgage balance got reduced to $ 436, 081.89 and my interest rate to 5.203%, this is something I wasn’t even hoping for. I save almost $100,000 in the principal balance. Now I have equity in the house again.

Unfornately, due to my limited income and economic hardships, the mortgage was hard to manage. My interest was about to jump and it would have increased my payment by another $2,000. Before this happened, I approach Champion for help.

They guided me through the process. I save over $1,000 per month. I also was forgiven the 5 months of mortgage payments wich where about $20,000. In total, Champion managed to save me a total of $80,000.
